I lost my mom almost 2 years ago and inherited her house. Emotional stress made it near impossible to even enter the house much less feel up to the task of clearing it out. “He offered me $8,000 more than another potential buyer!”
We met at the property for an hour and he offered me $8,000 more than another potential buyer offered. The agreement was very straightforward and he even agreed to give my tenants an opportunity to stay in place for a year without raising rent or anything. We made a deal and I had cash in 6 days. Everything went smoothly even considering I live in Columbia. Would recommend!
